Free Your Breath, Free Your Body: A 4-Week Somatic Journey to Release Trauma and Reclaim Vitality

Trauma and chronic stress don’t just live in your mind - they’re held deep in your body.

They restrict your breath, tighten your muscles, block energy flow, and silently shape how you feel, think, and relate to the world. Left unaddressed, this tension can manifest as anxiety, emotional numbness, depression, and chronic overwhelm.

If you’re longing to breathe more freely, feel more alive, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom, join somatic psychotherapist and educator Jennifer McKeever for a powerful 4-week online workshop rooted in the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System®.

This experiential series will guide you through the 6 core elements of BioDynamic Breathwork - breath, movement, sound, touch, emotions, and meditation - to safely release stored trauma and awaken the body’s natural healing intelligence.

What You’ll Experience

Through a mix of guided breathwork, gentle movement, and somatic education, you’ll learn to:

  • Unwind chronic tension and self-protective patterns held in your body.

  • Understand trauma from a nervous system and body-based perspective — why it’s not “just in your head,” and why it’s been so hard to heal.

  • Activate the breath as a powerful tool for emotional regulation and inner transformation.

  • Explore the 7 belts of tension (distinct from the chakras), and discover where your body holds emotional residue — from the jaw and chest to the belly and pelvis.

  • Regulate your nervous system and expand your window of tolerance, so you can meet life with greater resilience.

  • Practice pendulation - your body’s innate rhythm of contraction and expansion - to move through trauma without overwhelm.

  • Learn simple, effective daily tools to ground your energy, calm your mind, and return to embodied presence.

You’ll also receive insights into the anatomy of breath, the physiology of trauma, and why embodiment is essential for deep, lasting healing.

This Workshop Is For You If…

  • You’re interested in breathwork and want a trauma-informed, somatic approach.

  • You’re carrying unresolved stress, anxiety, or emotional pain and long to feel lighter and more connected.

  • You want to feel safe in your body again

  • You’re ready for a compassionate, body-based path to healing that doesn’t bypass your pain, but meets it with presence

Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, this 4-part series offers a safe and supportive space to come home to yourself.

This course will be recorded, and access to the recordings will be given to all who register.

What’s Possible

When you open the breath and release long-held tension, you free more than your body...

You free your voice, your emotions, your boundaries, your joy.

This work can be deeply transformative. It can change how you relate to stress, to intimacy, and to yourself.

Let your body show you the way back to aliveness.
