The Untethered Couple is not therapy. It's not advice or tools. It's a space of deep human inquiry where we ask:
What if the very place where we get hurt, triggered or closed… is the same place where we can awaken?
In this circle we will explore:
• How emotional wounds (the “thorn”) shape our reactions in love
• The longing for worthiness and the roles we play to secure it
• How we manipulate our partners in order to avoid old pain
• What it means to be differentiated — to be fully myself, even in intimacy
• The erotic as a spiritual encounter
• Moving beyond control, fusion, ego
The sessions will include short teachings, reflection, experiential practices and live dialogue.
You’re welcome with or without a partner. Just bring your willingness.
